- Sustainability and circular economy metrics and reporting.
- Blockchain-backed recording of product and supply chain data.
We may update, expand, or modify the Services at any time, including adding or removing features,
provided that any material change is communicated in an appropriate way where required by law or
contract.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
4.1 Eligibility
- The Services are intended for professional and business use (B2B).
- You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are
authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
4.2 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may need to create an Account by providing accurate and complete
information. You agree to:

- Generate Digital Product Passports and traceability records.
- Provide sustainability and circular economy features.
This license does not grant us the right to sell or disclose your User Content to third parties
for their own marketing purposes.
6.3 Responsibility for Third-Party Data
If you upload personal data or business data belonging to third parties (e.g., suppliers,
customers, employees), you confirm that:
- You have a lawful basis to process and share that data.
- You have provided all legally required information and notices to those individuals or
entities.
You will indemnify and hold Traceability Trade SL harmless from any claim relating to unlawful
processing of third-party data.
7. Blockchain and Immutability
Some parts of the Services may use blockchain or distributed ledger technology. You understand
and agree that:
- Data written to certain blockchain networks may be immutable and cannot be
altered or deleted once recorded.
- Where technically possible, we may disconnect your identity from specific records or limit
visibility, but we may not be able to remove data from the ledger itself.
You must ensure that any data you choose to record on a blockchain through the Services is
appropriate, accurate, and compliant with all applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Website and Platform, including but not limited to software,
source code, designs, logos, trade names, trademarks, text, graphics, and interfaces, are owned
